Our new Strategy 2025–2028 is now live.

It comes with three companion documents that together set out not just what we’ll do, but why and how:

·       Implementation Plan – the nuts and bolts of delivery

·       Impact Statement – our bold, outward-facing commitments

·       Vision & Narrative – the deeper story and philosophy behind it all

The Impact Statement and Vision & Narrative are now available on our website. Over the coming weeks, we’ll also be sharing reflections and stories from our senior leaders about what this strategy means for CoLab, Exeter, and beyond.
