One Mental Health Team

Over the last four years, the One Mental Health Team (OMHT) has supported hundreds of people facing some of life's most complex challenges, helping them access support, navigate systems and build connections when traditional routes often felt out of reach. Today, we're pleased to share our final OMHT Impact, Learning and Legacy Report, which reflects on that journey and the difference it has made. 

We'd particularly like to thank Nika Sorensen and Molly Dukes, whose commitment, compassion and persistence have been at the heart of the service in its current form. Their work has helped shape a model built on relationships, partnership and meeting people where they are. 

As National Lottery funding comes to an end, OMHT will move into a new phase. Whilst we are hopeful of securing future funding opportunities, from 1 August 2026 we will no longer be accepting direct referrals from external agencies. However, we're pleased that Molly Dukes will continue to offer mental health support to people accessing CoLab, working alongside Inclusion Health Devon and Devon Partnership Trust. This means that support will remain available within CoLab, albeit in a different form. 

We are immensely grateful to the National Lottery Community Fund for investing in this work over the last four years and enabling the development of a service that has strengthened partnerships, created lasting resources and supported hundreds of people across Exeter.
