Vacancy - Urban Learning Academy Project Administrator

The Urban Leaning Academy (ULA) Project Administrator will be a key part of the team ensuring existing systems are maintained to the highest standard. This role will also be responsible for producing and maintaining course files and documents, recruiting to courses and supporting and encouraging learners to access and attend the ULA learning opportunities. The role supports both the delivery and vision of the ULA and outcome and outputs of the UKSPF fund.  

Vacancy - First Steps Engagement Worker (CoLab Women)

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive First Steps Engagement Worker to join our Brave Spaces team. This role is dedicated to reaching women at the very beginning of their journey, many of whom are hesitant or fearful of engaging with formal services. 

The postholder will use creative, relational approaches to connect with women in community settings such as food banks, accommodation services, cafés, and other public spaces. By offering a friendly and consistent first point of contact, they will provide light-touch emotional and practical support, build trust, and help women move towards accessing Brave Spaces and other services at their own pace. 

Vacancy - Next Steps Project Worker (CoLab Women)

The Next Steps Project Worker will provide practical, person-centred support to women facing multiple disadvantage, with a particular focus on financial resilience/ economic abuse, life skills, and navigation of systems. This role offers a unique blend of casework, group facilitation, outreach drop-ins, and light advocacy, working closely with accommodation providers and system partners.
