Project Administrator – Urban Learning Academy

Salary: £25,541 FTE / £15,531 pro rata 
Hours: 22.5 per week (Set working days Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026 – (with possible extension determined by funding) 
Location: CoLab Exeter 
DBS required: Basic 

Project Summary

ULA is a group of connected organisations enabling community-based adult learning, in accessible locations, empowering and transforming the lives of people who find it hardest to connect and engage. CoLab is a key partner of the ULA, working collaboratively to provide different ways for adults to access learning. As a partnership we work towards the vision of building a sustainable and inclusive ULA that offers a hybrid and accessible approach to learning that supports the Exeter Community, both within CoLab and the wider community.

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities 

As a ULA Project Administrator you will be a key part of the ULA team, ensuring systems are maintained to the highest standard. This role will also be responsible for producing and maintaining course files and documents, data entry, recruiting to courses and supporting and encouraging learners to access and attend the ULA learning opportunities. The role supports both the delivery and vision of the ULA and outcome and outputs of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.  

Together with the with the CoLab learning team, the ULA Project Administrator will work collaboratively and inclusively to make learning accessible, meaningful and use learning as a tool for change. This role is key role in achieving learning targets, outcomes and outputs of The UKSPF Fund.
