Project Summary
From the beginning of July 2024 CoLab has become the Programme Manager for Wellbeing Exeter (WBE). As well as providing and hosting the Exeter based Community Connectors and Coordination team for Wellbeing Exeter.
We are currently looking to recruit an additional Community Connector to join us.

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking to appoint a Community Connector to work alongside adults on a one-to-one basis, in Exeter. Providing them with a person-centred approach, connecting people to what matters to them and supporting improvement in their overall wellbeing. The Connector carries a case load of referrals and will have the opportunity to work with an individual over a period of time to guide them towards a wide range of opportunities in the community.
