Train to Succeed Traineeship Programme - Starting 26th February 2018.
Colab Exeter and Exeter City football club has an exciting opportunity for those that are aged between 19-24. We are offering free places to those who are motivated to gain new skills to help prepare them for employment, volunteering or further education.
You may want to learn new skills such as interview skills, presentation skills, and CV writing. Learn all this while gaining a nationally recognised qualification – The NOCN Level 1 Certificate in Skills for Employment, Training and Personal Development.
We going to deliver this traineeship with an innovative approach and we really want individuals and their peers to help co-design the programme of learning and really shape the traineeship and ultimately your future.
Be inspired by key speakers at our guest led workshops, and have 1:1 coaching support during your traineeship. This programme will equip you with the tools to move into either employment,apprenticeship of maybe even starting up a social enterprise!
During the Train to Succeed programme we will give you the work readiness and personal resilience skills you need to equip you to ready yourself for employment. We will also support you to find a temporary work placement in the field that interests you the most to gain a real insight into employment.
As part of the programme we will support you through numeracy and literacy functional skills offering a complete traineeship package ready for you to take forward your new skills into another exciting and progressive chapter of learning or employment!
Benefits of the programme:
We understand the challenges some may face with travel costs so we are please to inform you there is a discretionary learner fund available of £30 per week travel/reasonable costs bursary available if required.
To enrol on this Train to Succeed programme there is Eligibility criteria that applies. You must be between ages 19-24 and you must be in receipt of one of the following:
You must also not hold anything higher than a Level 2 qualification.
