Taking a ‘woman first’ approach, the Resilient Women Safe Spaces Coordinator will focus on building strong links across the whole improving safety offer to women. The focus of this role will be to improve access to the range of services and support available to women, and through consultation and development enable them to coproduce priorities for safety for the future.   Experience of working to improve outcomes for women with complex lives is essential along with experience of influencing the system that supports them.

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the ‘staying safe’ element of the Resilient Women programme.  

Demonstrating our values of compassion, welcome, collaboration, and ambition, the Safe Spaces Coordinator will support the Resilient Women Programme Manager to deliver on leading the Doing What Matters workstream along with line managing our Breathing Space and Spark staff team and volunteers that support our women’s safety work.
